At HifiHut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your HifiHut account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship to HifiHut
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
